I offer Private Classes (1 or 2 students) primarily for beginners, at mutually convenient times.
There is no set number of classes you have to commit to, just book from class to class and come for as many as you like. Payment is generally made at the beginning of each class.
Classes cover topics such as different types of icing and their uses, tools and equipment, making buttercream and ganache, crumb coating a cake, icing a cake with fondant (pettinice), basic piping techniques, handmade flowers, figurines, shaped novelty cakes and decorating cupcakes.
I also do small group classes, such as cupcake workshops for a hen’s party, birthday or baby shower.
